For the 4th time in 2003, rain has halted activities at the Old Dominion Speedway in Manassas, VA. Early showers on Saturday morning lingered throughout the day, forcing track officials to cancel the events. Scheduled was "Craftsman Tool Night" a  200 lap NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series Late Model Stock Car event. Also on the schedule was a 50 lap feature for the Redman Fleet Service Grand Stocks, 30 laps for the Mini Stocks, and 25 laps for the Gaston Automotive Speedway Sportsman division. The re-scheduled events are TBA at this time.
